Freshness Guaranteed: Our couriers and Takeaway business receive their orders at least one hour in advance. This time period allows the takeaway to have plenty of time to prepare your meal. This will also give plenty of time for the takeaway to reach out to you if there are any amendments or personal dietary requirements which are needed to successfully prepare your order. WE-COLLECT Couriers are waiting patiently at the restaurant to collect your food the moment it’s ready. No more lukewarm fries or tragically melted ice cream. We’re basically the Flash of food delivery (but with less spandex).
Order Accuracy is our Jam: We’ll double-check your order like it’s the winning lottery ticket. Missing straws? No problem! We’ll even make sure your dipping sauce isn’t planning a daring escape. (We draw the line at unwrapping your food though, that’s just weird.)

We also take safeguarding extremely seriously. DBS Checks. WE-COLLECT will never allow all our couriers to share their account. All Our screening processes shall be taken when actually meeting the courier through the interview stages (the big three do not have face to face interview, or even telephone interview. Everything is done on-line, unlike WE-COLLECT.
