1. No Sudden Account Terminations β Ever
The big three regularly terminate courier accounts without warning, explanation, or fair review. WE-COLLECT will never deactivate or suspend a courier without a full, balanced investigation. Problems are resolved through communication β not punishment.
2. Full and Fair Investigations for Every Issue
If a customer or business reports a problem, we do not allow auto-blame. Couriers are given:
- A chance to explain their side.
- Access to evidence when available.
- A human-led review process.
- Clear reasoning behind any final decision.
