Courier work should never come at the cost of safety, dignity, or basic rights. At WE-COLLECT, safeguarding couriers is not optional β it is fundamental.

1. Your Right to Safety Comes First
No delivery is worth injury, danger, or stress. Couriers are never penalised for refusing unsafe deliveries, routes, or conditions.
This includes:
- Severe weather conditions.
- Unsafe roads or environments.
- Damaged or unsuitable packaging.
- Unsecured drinks or spill risks.
2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Harassment
Abuse toward couriers is never acceptable β from customers, businesses, or anyone else.
WE-COLLECT takes all reports seriously and investigates every incident with balance, confidentiality, and care.
3. No Unsafe Items β Ever
We prohibit deliveries that put couriers at risk.
This includes:
- Open or poorly sealed drinks.
- Leaking containers.
- Overloaded or unstable bags.
- Items that damage courier equipment.
4. Your Right to Be Heard
Couriers always have the right to explain their side of any situation.
Decisions are never automated. Every safeguarding issue is reviewed by real people who understand courier work.
5. Support When You Need It
Support is local, human, and accessible.
