Safeguarding couriers is one of the core principles of WE-COLLECT. Couriers deal with unpredictable conditions, unsafe packaging, heavy loads, demanding customers, and weather risks β€” often without support. Our safeguarding policy ensures your safety, your equipment, and your wellbeing are always protected.

1. Secure Drinks Policy β€” No Unsafe Beverages

One of the biggest risks to a courier’s bag, time, and earnings comes from spilled drinks. The big three allow drinks with loose lids, unstable cups, or weak packaging β€” leaving couriers to clean up the mess, lose time, and sometimes ruin other orders. WE-COLLECT takes a strict stance:

  • No open drinks
  • No flimsy or loose lids
  • No poorly sealed beverage cups
  • No packaging that risks spillage

Only secure, sealed drinks are accepted. This prevents spills, protects your equipment, and stops wasted time.

2. Protection for Your Delivery Bag & Equipment

Cleaning a soaked delivery bag can take up to an hour β€” sometimes longer. And water-damaged paper bags create customer complaints that couriers unfairly absorb. Our strict drink policy and packaging standards prevent this from happening. Your equipment is valuable β€” we protect it.
